Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Discriminatory and Unprofessional Conduct To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment I received at your office during a recent visit. On the day of my appointment, I arrived only a few minutes late due to unavoidable traffic circumstances. Despite this, I was treated in a disrespectful, hostile, and unprofessional manner by the receptionist. Her tone and attitude toward me were inappropriate and degrading, as she spoke to me as if I had done something wrong or unlawful. What is most concerning is that I perceived this treatment to be influenced by discriminatory bias. As a Cuban individual, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly compared to others. The manner in which I was addressed suggested prejudice rather than a simple enforcement of office policy. It is also important to note the inconsistency in patient handling, as it is common for patients to wait extended periods—sometimes hours—before being attended. Therefore, being treated harshly for arriving only a few minutes late is both unreasonable and unjust. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. No patient should be subjected to disrespect or discrimination under any circumstances. I strongly encourage your office to review this incident, reinforce professional conduct standards among staff, and ensure that all patients are treated with dignity, respect, and equality.

Dr, Hennings has a very friendly, bilingual staff, that will listen to your questions and concerns. The office is very well organized and there usually is not a very long wait time. They will contact your pharmacy for you and describe each prescription to what its purpose is in writing.
